Finance Friday: Personality Impacts Your Longevity

Researchers at Yeshiva University found that personality impacts longevity. Their study of a few hundred centenarians found several common characteristics, including these personality traits: a positive outlook on life, outgoing, optimistic, easygoing, laughing easily and often, and having a large social network. So how’s your outlook on life? Health and wellness programs have helped us all realize the truth that we are what we eat; maybe next up is for us to realize we are what we think!
