Run for Your Life (Literally)!

A recent study from Denmark shows that jogging between 1-2 hours per week, at a slow pace, can add 5-6 years to your life expectancy. If you decide to go this route, be sure to get some high-quality running shoes. Expect to pay about $100 for a good pair of jogging shoes. That may sound expensive, but if you run every week, it’s like paying about $2/week. Your knees and hips will thank you though, especially as you age. Simply jogging for your health is another easy way to maximize your retirement readiness.
